Resumen: Lo que hemos pretendido en este trabajo es llevar a cabo la delimitación entre el medio ambiente de trabajo y el medio ambiente natural o externo. A partir de ahí, hemos analizado el papel que puede desempeñar la empresa con respecto a este último. Una vez determinado éste, hemos venido a examinar el papel que pueden desempeñar los trabajadores, sus representantes y el propio sindicato entorno al medio ambiente natural. Por último, hemos analizado la repercusión que puede tener la negociación colectiva en aras a salvaguardar aquel en el marco de las relaciones laborales.

Abstract: What we have attempted in this work is to carry out the demarcation between work environment and the natural environment or external. From there, we have analyzed the possible role of the company with respect to the latter. Once determined, we come to examine the role that workers, their representatives and the union itself around the natural environment. Finally, we analyzed the impact that can have collective bargaining in order to safeguard this in the context of labor relations.
