«El título habilitante de la contratación en prácticas: a propósito del Diploma de Estudios Avanzados»

Resumen: El Estatuto del Personal Investigador en Formación prevé la contratación en prácticas de aquellos investigadores en formación que hayan superado el período de beca y hayan obtenido el Diploma de Estudios Avanzados o documento administrativo que lo sustituya. En este estudio se aborda cuál es el título habilitante de dicha contratación y, en particular, si el Diploma de Estudios Avanzados constituye, conforme a lo previsto en el art. 11 ET, una titulación válida a tal efecto.

Abstract: The Statute of the Early Research Staff provides the possibility of entering into a work-experience contract to those early researchers who had completed the grant period and also had obtained the Diploma on Advanced Studies or the equivalent administrative document. This essay is aimed at the study of which is the academic degree required for that contract and, in particular, if the Diploma on Advanced Studies is a valid degree in this sense according to art. 11 of the Statute of Workers’ Rights.
