Resumen: Este trabajo estudia y contextualiza el convenio colectivo extraestatutario regulador del fúbol sala en España. Es un convenio colectivo no publicado en ningún periódico oficial, a pesar de lo cual posee el mismo tipo de eficacia que el convenio colectivo del fútbol profesional. Del lado de los trabajadores, fue negociado por la Asociación de Jugadores de Fútbol Sala, un sindicato comprometido en el reforzamiento de la profesionalidad de este deporte, que cuenta con miles de practicantes de ambos sexos en toda España.

Abstract: This work studies and presents in context the extra-statutory collective bargaining agreement covering the futsal in Spain. It is a collective agreement not published in any official journal, notwithstanding that it has the same kind of efficacy as the collective bargaining agreement covering the professional football. On the side of the workers, it was negotiated by the Association of Futsal Players, a union aimed to strengthen the professionality of this kind of sport which has thousands of practitioners of both genders in the whole Spain.
